NihonBits（以下「当社」）は、お客様のプライバシーを大切にしています。本ポリシーでは、当社が提供するAI搭載のHRソフトウェアおよびウェブサイトのご利用、ニュースレターの購読、ウェビナーやメールを通じたマーケティング活動に関連して、お客様の情報をどのように収集・利用・管理・保護するかについてご説明いたします。

  • 候補者データ（SASプラットフォーム）：当社のスキル評価システム（SAS）をご利用の際に、履歴書・職務経歴書の内容、心理測定テストの結果、ジョブマッチスコアなどの情報を収集することがあります。これらのデータは、厳格な機密保持基準のもとで取り扱われます。

ニュースレターやウェビナーにご登録いただいた場合、AI採用技術や業界動向、サービスアップデートに関する情報をメールにてお届けすることがあります。
購読解除は、メール内のリンクから、または当社まで直接ご連絡いただくことで、いつでも可能です。

5. Data Retention / データの保管期間

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

個人情報は、本ポリシーに定めた目的を達成するために必要な期間のみ保管されます。法的または規制上の要件により、より長期間の保管が必要な場合は、それに準じます。

We do not share candidate-specific evaluation data with external agencies or recruiters.

当社は、クラウドホスティングや解析プラットフォームなどの信頼できる外部サービスプロバイダーと情報を共有する場合があります。これらの第三者は、当社との契約により、情報を安全かつ法令に則って取り扱う義務を負っています。

なお、候補者評価に関する個別データを外部の人材紹介会社やリクルーターと共有することはありません。
